Company INTEHSERVIS - History and Achievements
Our company INTEHSERVIS was founded
in 2005. It is focused on technological tasks solution,
high-quality cutting edge tools and machinery supply.
In 2006 we signed a direct distribution contract with LAMINA
TECHNOLOGIES. In the same year we designed a technology for
carbide tool machining of hardened steels of 68-72 HRC.
In 2007 we started delivering metal-working machinery, and, in
cooperation with Moscow company SFT supplied and launched a
turning-milling machining center DOOSAN on Aviadvigatel OJSC.
In 2007 we signed a direct distribution contract with company
VALENITE (since 2008- SAFETY, since 2012 - SANDVIK TOOLING
FRANCE). The same year we started
active cooperation with aircraft
factories and engine plants as well as developing of innovative
methods of heat resistance special alloys machining.
In 2007 we signed a direct distribution contract with company
HITACHI. We mastered a method of high efficiency milling of
hard-to-machine martials. Even now, this technology, that was
designed by INTEHSERVIS, remains unequal in stability and
efficiency, even in high-resistance nickel alloys machining.
From 2006 to 2012 INTEHSERVIS widened the territory of its
direct operations from Perm Kray to Privolzhskiy and Ural
districts. Our clients are from Samara, Kazan, Ufa, Izhevsk,
Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Tyumen, Omsk and many other
cities as Vladivostok and Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
